Playa Saldamando is a beautiful oceanfront campsite located just 8 miles north of Rosarito. Playa Saldamando has over a mile of coastal property that is completely fenced in and have employees on the property 24 hours/7 days a week to provide you friendly safe and secure service. All of the campsites at Playa Saldamando in Rosarito offer beautiful ocean views a patio and a large trash can. At Playa Saldamando they take pride in their clean, maintained camping areas and their clean restrooms with flushing toilets and showers.

 

Motorhome and Trailers at Playa Saldamando

Do you want to go camping in Rosarito but you don't own a tent? Not a problem Playa Saldamando offers trailers for rent, ranging in price depending on the size of the trailer. The trailers have beds, shower, toilet, sink, stove and a kerosene lantern. Each trailer has a patio cover, picnic table, fire-ring, bar-be-cue pit, large trash can and a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. There is no electricity but we provide propane gas for the stove and kerosene for the lantern, which are already included in the price. We can accommodate motor homes up to 32 feet, however we do not have "hook-ups" therefore, Motorhomes will be "dry-camping". We can have motorhomes larger than 32 feet but we need to open our south gate so advance notice is needed

 

Activities at Playa Saldamando

At Playa Saldamando you can enjoy a peaceful hike or jog, next to the Pacific Ocean
on our well maintained road. Water activities such as swimming, surfing, kayaking, boogie -boarding and snorkeling are always enjoyable. There is excellent fishing next to the campsites. Bring your Volleyball equipment or "Horse -Shoes" and enjoy a fun game on the sand. For those looking to venture out Puerto Nuevo's lobster village is only 35 minutes North along the toll road or explore the wine region of Valle de Guadalupe located 30 minutes East towards Tecate.
