Rosarito is a quick getaway for Southern Californians in search of good times. Rosarito offers several events and festivals. For the outdoor enthusiasts test your skills on the famous Rosarito to Rosarito Bike Ride, voted Best Cycling Event, fourth year in a row by readers of Los Angeles Sports & Fitness Magazine and Best Cycling Tour, second year in a row by readers of Competitor Magazine. Below is a list of local Rosarito Mexico events or festivals. Jan. 1 - Ano Nuevo - New Year's Day. Mexico and Rosarito rings in the New Year with celebrations featuring music, dance, food and fireworks. Streets are filled with venders, friends and families that congregate for parties that often last till dawn.
Lunch in Lobster Village Tour - A one-day tour that includes shopping in Tijuana. Lobster feast in Puerto Nuevo at El Patio de La Langosta Restaurant. Departing from Rosarito
Rosarito International Taco and Beer Festival - Gastronomic festival, were different beer brands from Mexico and USA and Tacos as a Mexican food will be offered. Folkloric presentations and live music with mariachi.

Rosarito to Ensenada Bike Ride - This is a bi yearly event that takes place in both April and again in September. This is a bike ride that attracts over 10,000 riders. The race starts in Rosarito and ends in Ensenada. Along the way there are several areas to stop and drink beers...More
Newport to Ensenada Yacht Race - In the yachting world, no other international race attracts more entries. This annual event takes place the last weekend in April. With its spectacular starts off the shores of Newport Beach and finishing in Rosarito.
Rosarito International Fish, Sea Food Festival - Gastronomic festival where dishes are prepared only with seafood and fish. Taking place at Rosarito, where internationally recognized Chefs, from the best restaurants in the area will exhibit their best dishes. Folkloric presentations, live music, and mariachis.
Harvest Night in Rosarito - Wine and gastronomic exposition with artistic presentations as part of the Baja California harvest festivities, this is a welcome party in honor to Baja California wine makers, world wide recognized.
Sept 15 - Dia de la Independencia - (Independence Day) September 15 & 16. Military parades and reenactment of the Grito or call for independence from Spain in 1810. Parades and fireworks are displayed throughout the city, but concentrated at El Jardin or the cities central garden.
Nov 1, 2 - Dia de los Muertos - (Day of the Dead). Altars are built in homes, markets and shops to honor and receive dead souls which return to earth once a year. The day of the dead is considered a festive celebration rather than mournful event celebrating departed loved ones.
Dec 12 - Dia de Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe - (Virgin of Guadalupe Day).The Virgin of Guadalupe is the patron saint of Mexico. She appeared to the Indian Juan Diego on the hill of Tepeyac in the early 16th century. Celebration includes mass, serenades and fiestas.
